You can drop off 10 copies of each zine in person and fill out a form at:

Or you can print and fill in the form at home and post your 10 copies of each zine to Sticky at:

If you are stocking your zine with Sticky for the first time and do not have an ABN, you will need to complete this tax form and include it with your zines.
